Joseph and I met on September 5, 1997 in Room 402 in the MSN Elevators. I had been on MSN for about 8 months and Joseph had just connected to MSN that day. Well, Joseph came in the room and never said a word. I did a profile on him and then said "Hi Joseph". Joseph said, "Are you talking to me?". I said , "Yes ... LOL" . He said, "How did you know my name?" Then I proceeded to tell him that I profiled him. Well from then on we met in that room every night for the next two weeks. Then he had to disconnect from MSN because of the long distance charges and went to an ISP. Then we started meeting each other on pIRCh every night in our own room called #Mystics&Dreamers.

In the meantime, I moved from Amarillo to Dallas. I broke my ankle 3 days after I got there so getting a job was not in any future plans there. After a month, I decided to go back to Amarillo and lived with my daughter for a month. In the meantime, Joseph and I still talked every night on the internet and on ICQ and on the telephone proclaiming our love for each other more and more all the time. Of course, Joseph told me that he was in love with me on the third night. I told him that I was in love with him 3 days later. After living with my daughter for a month I decided to move to Oregon to be with Joseph. He went to his mom's for Christmas and then he caught an Amtrak train on December 30, 1997. He arrived in Amarillo on December 31, 1997 at 10:30 p.m. We rented a U-Haul truck and packed all of my furniture and things and left to go back to Oregon. I drove from Amarillo to Flagstaff and turned the wheel over to my love. We drove straight through only stopping for gas, food, and a few kisses here and there (hehehehe) . Of course, the same truckers kept passing us all along the trip (LOL). Along the way, we saw shooting stars through Arizona that were absolutely AWESOME!! We also headed towards the Grand Canyon until we found out it cost $20 to get in so we decided to wait until the next trip. The U-Haul truck had already cost us a mint for rental!! We headed to California first so we could stop by and see and meet his mom and his sisters and brother. They were all GREAT!!! His mom welcomed me as if I had been in the family forever. His brothers and sisters were wonderful !! It took us 34 hours to get to California from Amarillo. We stayed the night with his mother that night and the next night we decided to go on to Oregon. Well, that was another 14 hour trip. From California to Oregon, we went through the "Avenue of the Giants", which is where all the HUGE REDWOOD TREES are. And of course we are still kissing !! hehehehe ... That was an awesome site!! We finally made it to Oregon and here we live in love more than ever!! :))))))))) We live on the beach with the mountains and the forest right behind us. It is really beautiful here.... lots of trees and greenery (of course you don't see much that is green in northern Texas ... ROFL) If you ever want to just get away from it all and want to feel the feeling of being a part of nature then the Oregon Coast is the place to be. Anyway, back to the subject in hand ....... :)))) ....... we are more in love everyday and we shall continue to live in loving bliss forever plus a day!!!!!!!
